I would replace them with-
(DKNY Cluster necklace) - Tinseltown necklace (splendid)(4sd)
(DKNY Cluster bracelet) - With either - Evil panda bracelet (1sd), Evil panda bracelet (2sd) or Evil panda leather spike bracelet (2sd)
(DKNY Colour block tank) - With either -Stardoll girls Ellen top (5sd), Stardoll girls Alexis top (5sd) or Pretty in pink corset top or maybe even Stardoll girls U neck top (4sd)

NOTE:
All of the DKNY are (expensive) superstar clothes and the replacments are ALL non-superstar. I know they arn't exactly the same but you can have the colours of DKNY.
